Why Now

The market is hot right now. Prices are up. Operators need more production. That means sand has to move, and it has to move fast.

Rates are high because demand is high. That won't last forever. When demand drops, the rates drop with it.

This is the window. The next six months are about making money while the market is paying for it.

The wells run 24/7. The work is always there. How much you make is up to you.

The Money

A good week pays more. You run 2 to 3 loads a day. The wells run 24/7, so there is always another load to grab. The more you run, the more you make.

That's gross pay. Here's what comes out:

• 15% goes to us. That's the contract fee.
• You pay your own fuel. We can help you set up a fuel card.
• $450 a week for a trailer, if you don't have your own.

What you keep depends on your fuel, your truck, and how much you run. Drivers who run hard do very well out here.

What This Work Actually Is

We'll be straight with you.

This is West Texas oilfield hauling. The country out here is flat, hot, and empty. Miles of brush and caliche roads. Nothing out there but rig lights and gas flares after dark.

You'll load sand, drive it, dump it, and turn around and do it again. And again. Same run, same scenery, same routine, day after day.

It's repetitive. It's boring. It's not exciting work, and it's not for everybody.

You'll be away from home, too. You stay out at least three weeks before any time off. Then it's a week off, or less.

Plenty of good drivers weigh all that and pass. Fair enough. But if you can put your head down, run your route, and let the money be the point, keep reading.

• Can handle the boring days and the time away.
• Shows up and runs hard.
• Ready to ride the market while it's hot. Four months minimum. Six is better.

What You Need

• You own your own truck.
• No trailer? No problem. We have one for you.
• 2-year CDL minimum. You need this to qualify for insurance.
• Insurance: use your own, or run under ours. Ours is set by your driving record and your truck.
• Able to stay out at least three weeks before any time off.
